In this role, you will own and scale administration and facility operations across all Exponent locations — from HQ and labs to the production facility, etc. You’ll ensure our spaces are functional, efficient but also inspiring, and future-ready for our team of builders.
Your role will involve working across teams to create great workplace experiences, managing admin operations, and leading infrastructure projects as we expand into new cities.

What will you do:
Lead administration and facility management across offices, labs, warehouses, and new setups
Ensure smooth functioning of workplace services — upkeep, utilities, access control, branding
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs for scale
Own and manage vendor relationships for office services, facility management, supplies, and travel
Drive cost-effective procurement and administration budgeting with strong tracking
Plan and execute new site builds or expansions across cities – from scouting to go-live
Collaborate with multiple teams on onboarding, team movements, and employee support, facilities and infrastructure
Track team KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
The ideal candidate requires:
8-15 years of experience in administration/facility management roles
Proven ability to scale infrastructure and services in fast-moving environments
Strong vendor negotiation, project execution, and coordination skills
Experience working with diverse teams: Finance, IT, Legal, HR
Ability to handle ambiguity, build processes, and take ownership from day one
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
Attention to detail, coupled with execution excellence
