Learning & Development Administrator Job in Laverton WA at William Adams –

We are on the search for a highly motivated Learning & Development Administrator to join our William Adams People & Culture team. The role can be based in Laverton or Clayton, with flexible working arrangements available.

One of our most significant focal points in our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan is investing in our people. Our Learning & Development and our broader People & Culture team play a pivotal part in this, through the delivery of professional support to our business across Victoria and Tasmania.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to the Learning & Development Supervisor, your key objective in this role is to effectively coordinate and support the various training programs facilitated by the William Adams Institute.

Your typical day in this role will include:
Apprentice claims management

Record training program attendance and evaluation records into our learning database

Maintain all employee safety and high-risk licence certifications

Prepare training materials for our Technical and Operator Trainers

Provide administrative support to the wider People and Culture Teams (Payroll, P&C Admin, Talent Acquisition, Well-Being and Performance)

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced administrator, who is adaptable and has a continuous improvement mindset. You thrive on being a true business support, who prides yourself on being a friendly, efficient and customer service focused person.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

Experience working with an RTO or an internal Learning & Development function will be highly regarded

Well-developed administration skills, including a high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills

Demonstrate flexibility with various work tasks

A passion or strong interest in Learning & Development and People & Culture

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively engage with people at all levels

Proven experience (intermediate to advanced) with Microsoft Office suite

Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems or databases
