Position: Lease Administrator / Law Clerk Role
Step into a Lease Administrator role at CT REIT, where you will expertly manage lease agreements and communicate with internal teams and tenants. This position is focused on compliance and lease documentation.
You will be pivotal in overseeing the complete lifecycle of lease agreements, drafting, reviewing, and maintaining various documents. Furthermore, you will abstract key lease data using Yardi, ensuring an organized and efficient leasing database. Strong communication skills are vital, as you’ll be the primary liaison for inquiries and lease issues from tenants and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and maintain lease agreements and amendments
• Manage lease data abstraction in Yardi and other systems
• Communicate with internal teams and respond to tenant inquiries
• Monitor lease deadlines for renewals and terminations
• Organize and maintain the leasing database efficiently
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant lease administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software
• Keen attention to detail when reviewing leases
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
