Job Details
Liaise with asset managers, leasing agents, and external counsel to drive timely and accurate lease execution.
Conduct due diligence and prepare documentation for lease renewals, subleases, and variations.
Support the asset management team with day-to-day lease, legal administration and correspondence.
Enter in excel all leases to be entered in the new systems
Update excel tracker with complete day to day status
Data Entry of all in-process and activated agreements in Yardi
Following up with various departments to ensure to complete workflows and provide required documents / approvals
Laise with Yardi / IT team for any issues problem faced with new systems.
