Full Job Description
Spring Lake Point Apartments is seeking an outgoing, sales oriented, and customer service driven individual to be a Leasing Agent at our community. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, processing applications, going through the move in process, renewing current leases, and assisting our current residents with maintenance/lease questions or problems. We prefer someone who will be able to work well with minimum supervision, and is a self starter. There will be additional job duties as experience is gained. Our ideal candidate will have apartment leasing experience or comparable sales experience. We are looking for someone that is professional in both dress and manner, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, and has the ability to assist people with a helpful attitude. We are an online/paperless office and our candidate must have computer experience.
Patrician Management has been in business in Louisiana since 1936, in both multi-family and hotel management.
