Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
– Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, updating project documents, and communicating with team members.
– Perform order entry and maintain accurate records of orders and client information
– Handle clerical tasks such as updating and sending contracts, generating excel tables with client information, and organizing documents.
– Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
– Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in using Google Suite and Excel required.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
