We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant / Title Clerk to join our growing and thriving team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
General Office Skills: Must have strong proficiency in general office procedures and administrative tasks.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Computers (Quickbooks, Project Management Software, Google Sheets etc) and the ability to learn new software quickly. We are looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in computer skills.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial, especially for managing title documentation, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, and handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize title documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed timely.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, filing, and data entry.
Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support to the office.
Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, title clerk, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
