We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with personal assistant duties as required, including travel arrangements and event planning.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
Act as a point of contact for vendors and service providers, managing relationships effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Experience in Buildertrend, Sage or other software is preferred
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
