We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office operations at our Pasadena office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized setting and is looking for long-term growth, as there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee multiple administrative duties, which include:

Collections/Accounts Receivables
Invoicing
Answering phones
Data entry
Other responsibilities as required to support the business

Requirements

Able to work at least 25 hours a week.
Prior administrative or office experience is helpful.
Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred.
