new opportunity for a Legal Assistant at a National law firm. They are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join their Private Client team.
Legal Assistant responsibilities:
Registering forms/legal documents HMRC, Probate Registry
Organisation of legal documents such as Lasting Power of Attorney’s, safe custodian and release of Wills, Probates
Searching and registering Wills with certainty
Preparing Estate Accounts on Excel
Ad-hoc office duties
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Assistant/Secretary
Knowledge of day-to-day operations within a legal office
Strong knowledge of case management software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication skills
