Our specialty dental office seeks a positive, motivated, friendly, and outgoing candidate to join our team. As the dental receptionist, you are the first point of contact for all patients; our practice strives to make every experience as calm and exceptional as possible; for this reason, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling patients for appointments, checking patients in and out for appointments, updating patient paperwork, checking on insurance, assisting the administrative staff with clerical duties such as calling insurance, processing insurance payments, and performing other day-to-day duties. You will also help our patients coordinate treatment with other offices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
