Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and review contracts and agreements
• Support tracking of legislation impacting operations
• Ensure marketing materials meet legal requirements
• Draft corporate governance documents and records
• File corporate documents, such as returns and registrations
Requirements:
• Corporate or Commercial Paralegal designation required
• 2+ years of law firm or relevant industry experience
• Flexible, self-motivator with problem-solving skills
• Strong writing, research, and communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Share Point
