Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented and have the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
– Receive and scan mail deliveries
– Calendar meetings, hearings and court conferences
– Receive and save incoming faxes
– Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
– College degree required
– Familiarity with law office procedures and practices is a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
