Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:15 Monday – Friday
Salary – £23,05 per annum

Job Description:
The Legal Resales Administrator is responsible for working with residents, solicitors and other members of staff to assist with the sale, purchase and/or remortgage of our properties. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
To answer queries and deal with correspondence relating to residential property sales, primarily concerned with buyers’ pre-sale enquiries.
To manage and report independently on own workload and maintain agreed turnaround times, working to clear deadlines.
Liaise with different teams, internally and externally, to obtain information required to answer enquiries.
To process the incoming legal documentation to ensure successful transfer of the property on our internal system.
To work with the team, collaborate and share knowledge.
