The Opportunity:
As a Campus Recruiter with LHH Recruitment Solutions, you’ll step into thefast-pacedworld of legal recruitment, partnering with a distinguished law firm based in the heart of Washington, D.C. This temporary position offers the chance to make a real impact, working closely with our client to ensure the success of their summer associate program.
What You’ll Do:
Utilize your keen eye for talent to identify and attract exceptional candidates for the law firm’s summer associate program.
Collaborate with the firm’s hiring managers to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Organize and execute engaging recruitment events on campus and virtually, leaving a lasting impression on potential candidates.
Provide invaluable support throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offers.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree and a passion for making meaningful connections.
Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the legal sector, is a plus!
Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
A creative mindset and a willingness to think outside the box.
Flexibilityandadaptabilityin afast-paced environment.

Pay Details:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
