High-level Executive and Personal Assistant
A senior executive based in New York City is seeking an assistant to provide comprehensive support across a wide variety of personal and professional projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities will include coordinating a complex schedule, directing communication and information flow to/from the principal, conducting data-driven research and presenting recommendations, proactively managing day-to-day operations, overseeing logistics and travel-related tasks, and collaborating with team members to support the principal’s needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree, with evidence of significant academic achievement
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Strong research and analytical skills
Exemplary references
People-management skills are a plus
The ability to travel is preferred
This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a starting salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials, experience, and demonstrated ability.
