Job Responsibilities:
1. License application and maintenance
• Application for various licenses and qualifications for retail stores (e.g., Business License, BAI LTO,FDA LTO, BIR2303,PTU,Esales, etc.);
• Application for special Industry Authorizations and Permits (e.g., Music Licensing, FSIC, Environmental permit, etc.);
• Follow up the dynamic management of annual inspection, change and extension of licenses to ensure the legal and compliant operation of stores.
2. Responsibilities of operation service support
• Be responsible for the application and renewal of the copyright authorization of store background music to avoid legal risks.
3. Compliance management
• Assist the printing process according to the approval process;
• Organize and file paper contracts and license documents of stores, and establish an electronic filing system.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in the local national language; English can be used as a working language
2.Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in permits and licenses application.
3.Strong adaptability, with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
4.Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with external organizations such as government departments.
5.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks independently.
