Arbor Village is seeking a new Administrator to lead our amazing team of hardworking caregivers!
Arbor Village is an amazing community with top-notch leadership , a true “home” environment, and a rock solid reputation for providing excellent care. Our current Administrator is stepping away but the department heads and team at the building is truly amazing.
Unlike many open positions, this is a thriving facility with a very strong Director of Nursing (DON) and exceptional leadership across the board. The ideal candidate must understand that they are stepping into a well-functioning facility and be prepared to adapt to its established culture and procedures. While there is always room for improvement and the new Administrator will need to be an excellent leader in their own tight, the humility and wisdom to recognize that the facility does not need to be overhauled are essential for this role.
We are seeking a strong yet humble leader to head our team. This role requires:
Leadership: The ability to guide a competent, established team while recognizing and respecting the long-standing service of our staff.

Technical Skills: Competence in computer systems for managing operations efficiently.

Reliability & Precision: Must be dependable with an eye for detail.
Leadership: Must be able to hold firm leadership but to do so with kindness.
