Jay Franco is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Licensing Assistant to support our licensing team in managing product approvals from concept to completion. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work closely with major entertainment studios and cross-functional teams to bring innovative, licensed products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the product approval process, ensuring all feedback is clearly communicated to design, product development, packaging, and licensing teams.
Manage product submissions and resubmissions, accurately inputting data into the approval platform.
Prioritize and coordinate approvals to meet tight shipping deadlines, keeping licensors informed.
Assist the Senior Licensing Manager with licensor requests, team projects, and day-to-day operations, including product placement and licensing-related tasks.
Create engaging presentations using Canva or Google Slides.
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
