Manage sector‑specific business license applications and renewals, provide licensing guidance, coordinate with government agencies, and prepare related checklists, SOPs, and reports.
Salary: THB 25,000 – 40,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Handle the application and renewal of special business licenses such as FDA (อย.), Trademark, Factory License, Education License, Tourism License, Recruitment Agency License, Restaurant License, and other sector specific permits.
- Advise clients and internal teams on licensing requirements, legal steps, and compliance timelines
- Liaise with government offices and regulatory agencies to coordinate submissions and follow up on approval status
- Prepare checklists, SOPs, and periodic reports on licensing activities
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administrative or related filed.
- 2–5 years of experience in handling business specific licensing processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation for special licenses.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both government offices and clients.
- High level of accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
- Strong command of English and Thai in both written and spoken form.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client portfolios.
