Join our growing team of dedicated agents as our Listing Manager! This in-office position plays a critical role in ensuring our listings are launched smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and is detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of managing timelines, coordinating with multiple parties, and leading a support team to meet key deadlines.

Compensation:
$50,000 + based on experience
401(k) Plan with company match
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for all company listings, start to finish (non-sales)
Manage a small team of listing coordinators
Management and distribution of listing side responsibilities
Training agents on Listing processes
Direct interaction with Listing side vendors
Review monthly invoices to ensure accurate charges
Keep forms and processes up to date with changes in the industry
In office with occasional work in the field
Qualifications:
Real estate experience preferred, but not required
Strong Organizational Skills – Able to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and moving parts without letting anything fall through the cracks
Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in listing data, documents, and marketing materials
Team Leadership – Capable of managing and coordinating a support team while holding others accountable
Excellent Communication Skills – Professional verbal and written communication with agents, clients, vendors, and internal staff
Process-Oriented – Understands the importance of following and improving systems for listing intake, preparation, marketing, and coordination
Customer Service Mindset – Prioritizes a positive client and agent experience throughout the listing process
