Salary Range
: $50, 000 – $65, 000 / year DOE
Litigation Paralegal
Requirements:
2-3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, civil court law, medical malpractice, or family law
State e-filing experience
Proficient in high-volume drafting and discovery
Familiarity with case management software
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Paralegal certification is preferred
Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities:
Manage litigation cases efficiently through our case management system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards
Support attorneys in scheduling orders, hearings, depositions, and trials
Draft various legal documents such as petitions, discovery motions, and notices
Maintain rigorous follow-up with clients on case-related inquiries
Participate in weekly strategic meetings to optimize case handling and departmental
collaboration
