Prestigious Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work closely with attorneys and team members to manage cases from inception through trial or settlement. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in case management, document review, and eDiscovery. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile cases, support attorneys with trial prep, and coordinate document production.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee case management from inception through trial/settlement.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents and maintain case files.
Manage discovery logs, document productions, and assist with deposition preparation.
Help organize exhibit documents and create witness outlines.
Cite-check briefs, ensuring legal and factual citations are accurate.
Coordinate with Litigation Support Group for database management using iPro or other review platforms.
Meet annual billable hour budget and work extended hours as required.
Travel for case support and ensure excellent client service.
Required Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved institution with 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
Experience with eDiscovery tools like iPro and Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.
Strong skills in legal research using Westlaw (preferred) and/or Lexis.
Knowledge of legal procedures, rules of court, and local rules.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
