As a Live Host, you'll represent our brand by hosting interactive livestream sessions across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce channels. Your mission is to entertain, engage viewers, showcase products, and help achieve sales targets through compelling live presentations.
💼 Key Responsibilities :
🎥 Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
🛍️ Introduce, demonstrate, and recommend products in an informative and entertaining way.
💬 Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a fun shopping experience.
📈 Drive sales performance by achieving livestream KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, and viewer engagement.
📝 Prepare livestream scripts and collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams for content planning.
📊 Review livestream performance and continuously improve your presentation and selling skills.
✅ Requirements:
✨ Experience in livestreaming, retail, sales, customer service, or any customer-facing role is an advantage.
🎤 Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
🗣️ Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
