Role Description
As a Live Streaming Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing live streaming operations end-to-end. This role goes beyond running live sessions—you'll work closely with hosts and cross-functional teams to improve performance, conversion, and sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live streaming operations from preparation, execution, to post-live evaluation.
- Create and manage host schedules, including shift planning and peak-hour optimization.
- Brief hosts on scripts, selling points, promotions, and product knowledge.
- Monitor live performance metrics such as Viewers, CTR, CVR, GMV, and engagement in real time.
- Optimize live sessions by adjusting scripts, promotional mechanics, and selling angles during broadcasts.
- Maintain host performance quality and consistency.
- Ensure live readiness, including products, stock availability, tools, and studio setup.
- Collaborate with Content, Affiliate, Marketplace, and Commercial teams to align campaign execution.
- Analyze performance data and develop continuous improvement plans.
QualificationsMust Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Live Streaming, Live Operations, Social Commerce, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have a strong understanding of live streaming fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of live commerce mechanics, including hooks, engagement, conversion, closing techniques, and urgency creation.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, GMV, AOV, and other commercial KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing or directing hosts.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Live and/or Shopee Live.
- Experience managing live stream hosts.
- Previous experience as a live host or content creator.
- Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital retail industries.
