Working Hour: 5 working days (Flexible work arrangement depending on campaign and business needs.)
Requirement:
– Basic Malaysian speaking , Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
– Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
– Excellent Excel skills, especially formula.
– Strong organizational skills to be able to execute multiple projects.
– Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Job Scope:
– Responsible for the growth of Live revenue by the company‘s strategic objectives.
– Trainee and assess the hosts to improve the live tempo.
– Manage the process of Tiktok/Shoppe/Lazada such as writing live broadcast scripts, confirm discounts with Brand team, writing product selling points, flash sales, giveaways, etc..
– Responsible for building the live revenue growth strategy and key benefits, designing the monthly ops plan, product promotions, and campaign activities to effectively improve each host's live revenue.
