Position: Loan Assistant – Downtown Rogers
First Western Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant at our Rogers Downtown Location. Individuals in this role are an integral part of the Bank’s overall Loan Department and work closely with other Loan Assistants, Loan Officers, Loan Administration, and Loan Operations. Daily activities can include handling multiple loan closings, data entry, file maintenance, assembling documentation for customer loans, preparing credit and financial files, and reviewing loan documents prior to closing.
Qualifying applicants should have experience in a customer-focused position, while possessing good oral and written communication skills, have an eye for detail, be able to meet deadlines regularly, and be a self-starter that requires little oversight or management. 3 – 5 years of experience in the Loan Department is preferred but not required. TRID training is a definite plus.
