What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Communicate with parties involved in the transaction to provide updates on loan status
Track outstanding applications and loan documents, following up with customers as needed
Schedule appointments for the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
Assist the MLO in preparing loan application documentation and managing electronic loan packages
Monitor pipeline reports daily and coordinate with processors to ensure timely progress of loans
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
Strong communication skills for updating stakeholders on loan status
Basic understanding of loan processing and mortgage terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a financial or mortgage-related role
Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
