Job Summary
We are looking for a Loan Processing Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in document review or data entry type of work. Experience in lending or finance is a plus, but not required. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a dynamic environment and wants to break into the lending space.
Qualifications
Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Teams, One Note on a day-to-day basis
Comfortable in dynamic, high-volume environments
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Effective time management and self-accountability
Comfortable using Hub Spot or other CRMs is a plus
Able to multi-task under time pressure
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Comfortable working and learning independently
Responsibilities
Review business documents and input data to complete credit review template
Pull borrower documents from third-party sources and organize for underwriting and processing team to review
Prepare borrower applications for submission to underwriting
Compensation
Base Rate: $22.00 per hour
Production based quarterly incentive
