Location Administrative Assistant Jobs in Sherwood, AR at Cyrus Works

Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the calendars of the CIO and President, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficient and stress-free travel for the executives.
Document Management: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Expense Management: Track and manage expense reports for the executives, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Project Support: Assist in various projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in executive administrative support and personal assistance
Strong calendar management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Familiarity with event planning and project coordination
Typing and data entry proficiency, along with clerical experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $39.00 – $40.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
