Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field
  • With at least 23 years of experience in logistics administration, warehouse administration, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of logistics documentation, shipment coordination, inventory movement, and transport scheduling
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end logistics documentation and administrative processes
  • Familiar with preparing delivery schedules, trip documents, receiving reports, dispatch records, and logistics-related forms
  • Knowledgeable in coordinating with warehouse personnel, transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or logistics management software is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and record-management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple logistics activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City
  • Available to start immediately

Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions supporting logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
  • Prepare, verify, and process logistics documents, including delivery schedules, trip records, receiving reports, dispatch documents, and other operational paperwork
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, transport providers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely movement of goods
  • Monitor delivery schedules, shipment status, and transportation activities, providing regular updates to concerned departments
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, dispatches, inventory movements, and logistics transactions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports, operational summaries, and performance monitoring reports
  • Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams regarding delivery concerns, shipment delays, and logistics requirements
  • Monitor documentation completeness and ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
  • Assist in inventory reconciliation and support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate documentation of stock movements
  • Maintain organized filing systems for logistics records, transport documents, invoices, delivery receipts, and related operational files
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency, documentation accuracy, and workflow effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support for logistics planning, transportation coordination, and warehouse operations
  • Perform other logistics administration and operational support duties assigned by management
