Job Description:

  • Responsible in handling full set of shipping documentation including invoices, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origins, Form D, Fumigation certificate, Insurance certificate, Custom declaration etc. for each shipment.
  • To check and verify all Letter Of Credit received and responsible in making bank submission of Letter of Credit
  • Responsible in submitting online EPCO and online Cost analysis application on My Dagang Net Portal
  • Responsible in ensuring renewal of export permit on My Dagang Net Portal timely and maintains the records in an orderly manner and accurately.
  • Liaise with government agencies eg. MITI for Certificate of Origin & Cost Analysis
  • To generate sales invoice once the containers out from factory.
  • Ensure full submission of documents to customer & bank in a timely manner.
  • Filing of documents (Shipping Documents, SOF, Stuffing Memo & CN&DN etc).
  • Ensure picking list / stuffing memo ready for loading operations
  • Prepare Letter of Indemnity to Shipping Lines
  • Updating / ensuring shipping instruction submitted and Ensure BL draft information accuracy and upload into shipping portal
  • Update VGM twice in a day
  • Prepare invoice and packing list for custom declaration.
  • Follow up with shipping liner/agent for necessary information
  • To perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior (ad-hoc assignment).

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position or equivalent
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in use of declaration systems / OGA system eg. Miti COA (Dagangnet e-permit system),
  • Experience with EPCO and online Cost analysis application on My Dagang Net Portal
  • Familiar with Incoterms and International Shipping terms.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Respecting deadlines and, maintains the records in an orderly manner and accurately.
