Job Summary: The Logistics Admin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Tanmiah’s leased vehicle fleet. This includes managing compliance, vehicle inspections, accident handling, fuel and vendor management, and ensuring cost-effective, legal, and efficient fleet operations. The role also includes responsibility for E-Way bill generation and supporting all operational transport needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in fleet or transport operations.
Strong skills in MS Excel and data reporting tool
Key Responsibilities:
Leased Vehicle Management: Supervise the allocation, condition, and utilization of leased vehicles to meet operational requirements.
MVPI (Motor Vehicle Periodic Inspection): Ensure timely renewal of MVPI for all applicable vehicles in compliance with legal standards.
Accident Management: Handle all aspects of vehicle accidents, including reporting, insurance claims, and coordination with workshops.
TAMM Authorization & User Management: Manage and update vehicle/driver data in TAMM, including issuance and changes of authorizations.
Traffic Violation Monitoring: Track and resolve traffic violations, ensuring fines are paid and lessons are shared across teams to reduce recurrence.
Fuel Management: Manage fuel tag issuance and cancellation, monitor fuel consumption reports, and address discrepancies.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for vehicle maintenance, repairs, rentals, and other services ensuring service level agreements are met.
Short-Term Rentals: Arrange short-term rental vehicles as needed, ensuring proper documentation and timely returns.
Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices related to leasing, fuel, maintenance, violations, and rentals for accurate and timely payment.
E-Way Bill Generation: Generate and manage E-Way bills for all operational vehicles in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of fleet activity and costs, and produce regular reports on fleet performance, compliance, and expenses. Qualifications.
