organized and detail-oriented

Logistics Coordinator

to support our campus’ across BC working out of the Surrey, BC campus.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various logistical systems, ensuring smooth operations and efficient

resource utilization

. This role requires proactive

problem-solving

, excellent

communication

, and strong organizational skills.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and has the potential to lead to future advancements within the college.

Rate Range

: $48,000-$55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the procurement and distribution of educational materials, supplies, and equipment, including:

Textbooks / E-books

Lab Kits

Uniforms

Pop-up Labs (equipment, space rental)

Collaborate and assist with faculty, staff, students, and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Maintain and update logistical records, databases, and inventory management systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and institutional guidelines.

Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for campus events.

Qualifications

Certificate in Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role within Educationpreferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Office 365 and logistics software.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Occasional evening and/or weekend hours may be required with prior notice.
