Long Term hybrid PA | Infant Care Specialist in Douglasdale

www.Sitters4u.co.za have a new urgent Long Term position available for a highly experienced and educated Infant Care Specialist with a strong PA /administrative skillset in Douglasdale, Johannesburg for the care and nurturing of 1 child, aged 4 months old at present and as a PA to the parents. This person will assist in providing home office support, but when mom needs to work, infant-care for the baby. Both parents are self employed and mom works from home full time and dad occasionally works from home. The mom also employs 2 admin assistants in the office.

Service Provider Required: PA | Infant Care Specialist

Start Date: Immediately or as soon as possible

Hours of Work Required:

• Monday to Friday: 40 hour week (daily start and finish times will vary)

Salary offered: Negotiable from R 24 000 – R 28 000 per month

The family is seeking a person who is competent to provide PA services to both mom and dad including but not limited to;

• Collecting and delivering documents
• Must have good excel experience (SAGE and Payroll experience beneficial)
• Taking/Making phone calls
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, spreadsheets and correspondence (emails)
• Shopping
• Running Errands
• Checking and verifying online banking payments for processing
• Ufiling submissions
• Managing the household staff
• Liasing with office staff
• Filing and archiving
• Various ad hoc administrative duties
• Some Financial and basic bookkeeping knowledge beneficial

Duties relating to the babies care may include, but not limited to:

• -Prepare bottles/food and feed the baby
• ‪Bathing of the baby
• ‪Washing and sterilising baby’s bottles
• ‪Occasional Night Nursing
• ‪Organizing and packing away of toys and materials‬
• ‪Keeping records of the days activities, meals served, milestones, observe and monitor a child’s‬ development‬
• ‪Planning of child’s schedule including planning age appropriate, stimulating recreational activities, eating‬ times and sleeping times.‬
• ‪Identifying signs of emotional or developmental problems‬
• ‪Reading, imaginative play, finger painting, etc.‬
• ‪Formal lesson planning and delivery to assist the child in reaching their cognitive, emotional,‬
• ‪Communication, reading, numeracy, social, emotional and physical milestones.‬

Requirements:

• Must have relevant NQF6 or higher education in related field preferably with;
• Minimum 3 years relevant infant care experience (individual/group infant focused care) and an additional minimum of 2 years of solid administrative or PA experience
• Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
• Must have current valid first aid or be willing to do the next available course.
