We are supporting our client who facilitates lotteries on behalf of a large number of charities and the Company are at the heart of support engagement in the charity sector.
As a Lottery Administrator, you will:
Provide
exceptional service
to supporters across various charity lottery partners.
Handle lottery administration, including processing entries, payments, and reconciliations.
Resolve queries, complaints, and ensure the smooth running of the lottery draws.
Support charities with compliance and GDPR-aligned entry processing.
Be a key player in creating positive experiences for supporters and clients alike!

Knowledge of direct debits & financial balancing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
You will also need excellent keyboard skills with accurate typing of letters and emails.
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
