**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. **Duties:** – Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner – Answer and direct phone calls promptly – Manage incoming and outgoing mail – Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area – Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry – Schedule appointments and manage calendars – Provide general administrative support to staff as needed **Requirements:** – Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role – Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks – Knowledge of phone systems and basic clerical procedures – Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus – Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
