Job Description / Responsibility
- Operate ice cream production machines (mixing, freezing, filling, packaging, etc.)
- Set up machines before production and ensure proper calibration
- Monitor machine performance and production output
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines as per hygiene guidelines
- Identify and report mechanical issues or breakdowns
- Assist maintenance team in minor repairs when required
- Maintain daily production records and logs
- Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, and company policies
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials
Educational Requirements
- SSC
- HSC
- Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
