The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $22.39 to $25.46 per hour.
This position is non-exempt under the FLSA.

About the Position
The Management Assistant provides administrative support to the Deputy Court Administrators and the court’s executive offices to facilitate coordination and completion of highly responsible, complex and often confidential work activities and special projects.
Position Qualifications

Education:
Associates
Experience:
Two (2) years of advanced administrative experience
OR
Combined education and experience qualifications:
An equivalent combination of post high-school education and job-related experience may substitute for the education and experience requirements on a year for year basis.
Other Requirements:
Arizona Notary Public (application and training upon hire).

Experience interacting with high-level executives.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of:
The principles and practices of administration, data processing, budgeting, purchasing, personnel administration and office management.
Court organization, functions and services; laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the judicial process.
Skill in:
Computers and software including the operation of Microsoft Office.
Communication with attention to grammar, detail, proofreading, and formatting.
Accurately and efficiently preparing memos, letters and emails.
Learning and mastering core business applications and support applications.
Ability to:
Prioritize, organize, plan and manage multiple assignments efficiently and effectively emphasizing on attention to detail.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Analyze complex data and draw logical conclusions; conduct research and prepare reports.
Communicate information and ideas clearly, accurately, logically and persuasively, both orally and in writing, so the communication is appropriate to the needs of the audience.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
Establish and maintain constructive, trust based and cooperative working relationships with individuals from the public, all levels of the organization, including executive staff and Judicial Officers.
