Our growth creates this opportunity as we recruit a Service Administrator to oversee all aspects of the work orders and work closely with the Service Leadership team to support daily service functions.
Service Administrator Responsibilities:
Schedules, dispatches, and deploys staff based on communications received.
Reviews work in progress daily and prepares work orders for billing.
Open and process work orders from incoming customer service calls and calls from resident technicians using our scheduling software.
Working in a fast-paced environment with a need to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
Ensure all completed work orders are reviewed and processed promptly for billing accuracy.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Service Administrator Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of dispatching experience preferred.
At least one year of customer service or service operations is required.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding customer service.
Enhanced ability to multi-task while prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
Attention to detail and sound problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Driven to meet and exceed monthly budgets.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
