About the Role
As a Management Assistant / Sales Support, you will support the Managing Director and Sales Team with a variety of administrative and coordination activities. You enjoy helping others stay organized and ensuring that things run smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is an on-site role based in Eindhoven.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and operational support.
- Coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting sales activities and follow-up actions: events, booth setup, assisting sales teams
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- General office and project support.
Qualifications
- Speaks Dutch and German fluently.
- Has MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Is organized and accurate.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Can work independently as well as in a team.
- Takes initiative and has a hands-on mentality.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Dutch and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar role.
- French speaking.
Compensation package
- Salary range: €2.600 en €3.300 (o.b.v. 40 uur)
