We are exclusively recruiting for a Management Assistant for an international ship owner. This position will be assisting to the senior management team and will be based in the Singapore office.

The Management Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, organising events, coordinating travel arrangements, internal HR stuff (insurance / onboarding etc), and performing various tasks to ensure efficient operation within the executive’s office.

The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of Executive Administrative experience with pleasing personality and great communication skills. They must have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality while supporting the executive’s workflow.
