We are looking for a Management Trainee (Procurement) to join our dynamic team. You will get hands-on experience managing the end-to-end procurement process for our Hospitality, Leisure, Property Investments, and Building Management divisions. If you love negotiating deals, streamlining processes, and working with modern AI and office tech, we want you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Management Trainee, you will learn the ropes and actively assist in:
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Find top-tier suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate the best prices and terms for the company.
- End-to-End Operations: Manage the full purchasing cycle—from reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PR) to issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers and collaborate closely with internal department heads.
- Cost & Inventory Control: Keep procurement within budget, track inventory levels, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Market Analysis & Quality Control: Monitor market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure all goods meet our high standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (1 year of administrative experience is a bonus).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and AI technologies to drive efficiency.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a strong added advantage).
- Your Vibe: You are fiercely detail-oriented, adaptable, an independent worker but a great team player, and possess excellent communication skills.
