Managing parking facilities and ensuring space. Overseeing refurbishments and renovations. Provides ongoing training and education to the team to ensure its ability to execute on the Company and team goals and objectives. Builds a strong development team by ensuring effective coaching and counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
