Job Description / Responsibility
Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of Head Office, Factory, Depot, and other facilities.
- Ensure smooth office operations and proper utilization of company resources.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain office discipline, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Supervise office space management, maintenance, renovation, and utility services.
- Ensure uninterrupted support services including electricity, generator, air conditioning, water supply, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
Transport & Logistics Management
- Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and legal documentation.
- Ensure cost-effective transportation support for employees and business operations.
Security & Compliance
- Supervise security personnel and ensure proper security systems are maintained.
- Coordinate fire safety, emergency response, and workplace safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Coordinate administrative procurement activities as per company policy.
Employee Support Services
- Ensure proper arrangement of employee facilities including accommodation, cafeteria, transportation, and guest house management.
- Support company events, meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor the administration budget.
- Ensure cost optimization and effective utilization of administrative resources.
- Approve and verify administrative bills and payments.
Regulatory & Liaison Activities
- Maintain liaison with government authorities, utility providers, law enforcement agencies, and local administration.
- Support licensing, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities when required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA/MPA will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Experience Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in administration, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company.
- Experience in facility management, transport management, and corporate administration is preferred.
