  • Lead sustainability and workplace modernization initiatives
  • Vendor Management
  • Manage vendors across facilities, transport, catering, and security
  • Ensure SLA adherence, cost optimization, and compliance
  • Employee Services & Events
  • Oversee transport, travel, canteen, guest house, and front office
  • Manage events, town halls, and leadership visits
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and audit readiness
  • Partner with EHS on safety and risk management
  • Security & Risk
  • Manage physical security systems and crisis response
  • Drive business continuity planning
  • Budget & Projects
  • Own admin budgets, MIS reporting, and cost optimization
  • Lead office expansions, relocations, and workplace projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 10–15 years in administration/facilities (MNC/manufacturing preferred)
