You Will Make an Impact By:

- Lead and manage admin teams and contract workforce

- Operations & Process Excellence
- Establish policies, SOPs, and standardized processes
- Drive efficiency through automation and best practices
- Facilities Management
- Oversee office/plant operations (maintenance, utilities, security)
- Optimize space, infrastructure, and workplace experience
- Lead sustainability and workplace modernization initiatives
- Vendor Management
- Manage vendors across facilities, transport, catering, and security
- Ensure SLA adherence, cost optimization, and compliance
- Employee Services & Events
- Oversee transport, travel, canteen, guest house, and front office
- Manage events, town halls, and leadership visits
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and audit readiness
- Partner with EHS on safety and risk management
- Security & Risk
- Manage physical security systems and crisis response
- Drive business continuity planning
- Budget & Projects
- Own admin budgets, MIS reporting, and cost optimization
- Lead office expansions, relocations, and workplace projects
- Strategic Transformation
- Build a best-in-class admin function

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 10–15 years in administration/facilities (MNC/manufacturing preferred)
