Chattogram based leading garments manufacturing company is looking for HR Deputy Manager. Therefore, applicants having experienced in RMG HR operation are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and separation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and buyer requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Supervise HR team and ensure effective execution of HR processes.
- Support talent management, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records and HR MIS.
- Coordinate training and development programs with L&D team.
- Oversee administrative operations including facility management, transport, and support services.
- Manage vendor coordination for admin services and ensure cost control.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office/factory premises and utilities.
- Support audits (internal, external, buyer, compliance) and ensure readiness.
- Monitor workforce data, absenteeism, turnover, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture improvement.
- Implement HR policies and process improvements.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Training or certification in HR, labor law, or compliance will be preferred.
- Skills Required: Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, HR Operation, Bangladesh Labor Law, Grievance Handling, Problem solving and decision making
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Textile
Additional Requirements
- At least 3 years in a managerial role in the RMG sector.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules, compliance, and factory safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability in work in a best-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards of international buyers.
- Data analysis and reporting skills (HR MIS, Excel).
