  • Store
    • Preparation of inward and outward stock transfer note reports.
    • Preparation of debit credit note month transfer note reports.
    • Preparation of debit credit note month wise.
    • Interstice material reconciliation assets. Report.
    • Monthly stock reports.
    • Physical stock report.
    • Consumption reports.
    • Accounts and stock reconciliation.
    • Machinery with H. S. D consumption reports.
    • Other reports as directed by stocks management
  • IR (Industrial Relationship)
    • Attention to detail, systems oriented, organized, analytical
    • Able to resolve conflicts and manage grievances.
    • Good communication skills in English and sound ability to communicate effectively across all levels
    • Self-motivated, honest, high integrity, courteous and helpful
    • The ability to function well under pressure, prioritize matters and act on them accordingly
    • The ability to function both independently and in a team, take initiative, shows commitment and is motivated to achieve tasks in the required time frame
    • Able to work overtimes as and when role and responsibilities require it
    • Manages time and resources well and demonstrates good organizational and leadership ability with strong negotiation, interpersonal and mediation skills with a positive attitude
    • Needs to be culturally aware with good ethics, problem solving.
  • Admin
    • Upkeep & maintenance of site office, Labour Colony & Guest Houses. Any complained received to be sorted out within 48 hours.
    • Ensuring availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, fax, computers etc.
    • Availability of Guest House to all employees in good conditions.
    • Liasioning & maintaining Cordial relation Electricity Board and Local administration, telecom authority.
    • To ensure no adverse comment received.
    • Able to get support from all these bodies at the time of need.
    • Timely availability of transport facilities to guest/employees.
    • Timely availability pool cars / local transport for employees.
    • Availability of Hygenic & quality food for employee and guest
    • It is in-charge of repairing and Maintenance of DGs at guest house.
    • Setting up & effective management of all Site Offices, Guest Houses & Labour Colonies across all sites.
    • Manage Transit Accommodation, Travel & Ticketing of all personnel visiting from & to various sites.
    • Transport Management for employees to commute to & from site offices.
    • Stationary, Printing, Xerox & other ancillary admin support management.
    • Canteen, Pantry & Hospitality Management at Sites.
