A Reputed Company in Bangladesh is looking for Manager (HR & Admin)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including manpower planning and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Oversee administrative functions including office management, security, transport, and facility management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office assets, utilities, and workplace safety standards
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational support.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and workforce discipline.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Additional qualification or, certifications in HR, Labor Law, or, Compliance will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and analysis).
- Capable in software operation and internet browsing with the ability to support day-to-day tasks.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Strong experience in policy development and implementation in line with company objectives.
- Practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in administration, facility management, and general office operations.
- Experience in handling disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee records.
- Strong leadership experience in managing HR & Admin teams.
