This critical role will oversee office operations, provide executive support to the President, and serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and project management skills, eager to contribute to the Foundation’s mission of advancing racial equity and building financial prosperity in Buffalo Niagara, starting with a focus on Buffalo’s East Side.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises administrative assistant and oversees administrative functions of the Foundation including managing meetings, events, travel, expense reports, etc.

Ensures smooth daily operations of the Foundation’s office

Provides high-level support to the President, including managing schedules, preparing materials, and follow-up support

Serves as an important liaison to the board of directors, providing high-level customer support, and coordinating board meetings, materials, and logistics

Experience in high-level customer service or supporting senior leaders or Boards

Highly adaptable

Salary range: $65,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
Exceptional benefits including 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k with a 7% match

This position is based in Buffalo, NY. The successful candidate is expected to work primarily from the Foundation’s office, with flexible hours based on work requirements.
